DISCLAIMER: Without presumption of authority, I thought it of interest to postulate on a point of some contention over the ages – inconclusively of course without pretension.

Although the video linked hereto will discredit, to some extent anyway, the hypothesis I here present, it remains well worth deliberation even if I’m mistaken – don’t you think?

As concisely as possible, I’d like to posit that entrance through the eye (pedestrian doorway) in/of the needle (gate) is restrictive to pack animals such as camels (or elephants for that matter) because they are incapable of humbling themselves (on their knees) in order to transit through to the Kingdom of Heaven?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but neither of these pack animals are capable of forward movement without standing proudly upright? They are only on their knees (immobilized) for loading and/or unloading? With riches (generally) comes pride and a lack of humble humility necessary for entrance into The Kingdom of Heaven?

Is this Marxism notion of the noble oppressed poor the reason for the mistaken idea that there’s something inherently evil about wealth? In Scripture, who and how were the righteous giving alms to if they themselves were the poor? Jesus’ own ministry was financed by a clutch of wealthy women you don’t hear mention of? Abraham (GOD’s friend) was certainly wealthy – was he not? Isn’t it the least bit difficult to picture Noah (who walked with GOD) poverty stricken yet capable of building much much more than a yacht as commanded – is it not? And what did the Devil take away from Job that GOD later restored many fold to him? Was Solomon poor? And why would the soldiers gamble to determine who would get The Christ’s cloths after he died? Vows of poverty are like vows of celibacy, they’re uncalled for, not required, reminiscent of sacrifices to idols? The list of repudiations just goes on and on!
