The logic of the Current Thing has now led us to a moment where the Extremely Democratic Regime has convinced its subjects that they're socially banned from doing business with any citizens of a nation whose democratic elections conflict with the ideology of the Regime
The most freakish angle of this is just neocons by another name, it's the exact same line of logic
But if you just wrap that logic in the Flag of the Current Thing, whether that's Pride, Ukraine, or whatever comes next, then there is suddenly no higher virtue than being a neocon
To say nothing of the fact they, as citizens of a foreign nation, might have other problems and concerns besides whatever the orchiectomized he/him slave caste of the Regime have decided is their own new Current Thing, and vote according to their interests
The hilarious thing here is that even if these people have qualms with or flat-out disagree with the vote or actions of their nation, they're still unpersoned from the Global Democratic Community, because...
