Science fiction didn't come true. The stuff in the film "2001"... we still don't have today.
It's time to write the sequel to 1984. Dare we? What would that book be like? How much worse could things get? Anyone want to take bets on the next debacle?

I just read about it. From what I read it's going to get way lot worse. And that's even before WW3 (which will be the shortest global war - just 45 days long). No precedent in the severity of its horrors. And did I mention April 13, 2036? This one is called Wormwood in my main source.
The people who were turned to food had a very humane end in that movie. I doubt it will be the same in real life. Never had been humane in real life.
