2205070010Sa IS NOT A ‘TRO’ (Temporary Restraining Order) NOT A PUBLIC DECLARATION UNDER (oath) PENALTY OF PERJURY?
I was listening to arguments for and against dismissal of this defamation suit brought by Johnny Depp (aka Captain Jack) against, publicity seeking, Amber Heard who I’m under the impression obtained a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) against Johnny Depp while he was on the opposite coast of America tending to family constraints? If I’m wrong I appreciate know of my mistake?
What caught my ear was the effort to cast blame for the defamation of Captain Jack on the Washington Post rather than the respondent Amber Heard? When in reality the sworn to TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) a [public document available to anyone including the Washington Post – IT’S INFORMATION MADE PUBLIC BY AMBER HEARD, or am I missing something?
Or is there no accountability to be had for depriving a man of his home and hearth – thereby depriving him, without due process, of liberty and property?
I’ve never obtained a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) so I’m in the dark as to whether its reasoning doesn’t have to be attested to under oath - how say you? I also noticed the lack of criminal charges pressed corresponding to such TRO obtained? I certainly know that had I felt the need for a restraining order (TRO), I’d also be pressing corresponding criminal charges along with it – I don’t understand?
Why is there so much reluctance to prosecute criminal charges against women – isn’t that reluctance sexist in itself?
It’s not that I have an affinity for the Washington Post – but justice be accompanied by at least a modicum of common sense – she wrote it she owns it? And now that rape is rape (stupidly I might add) both in and out of marriage, why isn’t assault (sexual or otherwise) assault both in and out of marriage – the laws have been long established in these matters?
