Mind you I’ve never heard of such a thing, but unusual circumstances (such as being contemplated by Special Attorney Durham at present) require unusual application of existing law – am I wrong?
Can one dishonest, or more, attorney(s) taunt the well of justice all the other attorney(s) engaged in the same litigation(s)? In short, how can attorney client privilege be switched on and off like a convenient light switch? An attorney either has a client, they represent, or they’re just concerned citizens as was represented the Justice Department – can it really be both ways at the same time?
As stated before, while never heard of, the poisonous tree being cured, it’s sure looking like it might become a necessity at present?
It has been my misfortune to have ran up against this problem of sealed documents before – it’s regularly used to cover over white-collar crimes making them invisible as it were. This whole Russia-Gate scandal is riff, from one end to the other, with white-collar crime(s) A court sealing documents definitely has its place – just not in cases that might involve white-co0llar crime(s) – I just don’t believe it, how say you?
Besides, I don’t recall the Trump family being spared the least bit of intrusion into their private lives – why then should the socialists like Hillary and/or the DNC be spared? When someone sets themselves up above the law like the Clinton’s and their DNC have like Capone did in the past it’s up to The Justice Department to find a way they can be gotten – not be attacking concerned parents?
PS. It just appears that the main business of all these socialist democrats is influence peddling – from the bottom all the way to the top?
