I agree with quite a bit of what Jonathan has to say but he definitely an 'old-school liberal so he takes some nasty swipes at conservatives not separating the far-right as a contrast and at the "woke' but then he also thought 'Obama was a liberal patriot', lol. That said overall the article is worth your time to read. Given the schism in our country that is spreading globally thanks to digital technology, we need to all take a look at ourselves and decide if we are part of the problem in light of how horribly this story could end and what we can do to reach a truce..
