Years ago I listened to a black gentleman who was telling a young white man that since his ancestors came from Russia (or some other such place) he wasn’t the same race as other white people? And I thought to myself how ignorant he was showing himself to be? Instead it was me being ignorant for thinking the young black man delusional. Or rather it’s widespread the that black people have the slavery victim-hood all locked up for themselves?
The operative phrase in the definition of ‘racism’ is “membership in a particular racial or ethnic group.” Help me if I’m wrong, but I don’t see black or any other particular skin color cited in that definition? In fact the aggrieved group doesn’t even have to be “...typically one that is a minority or marginalized….” as typically doesn’t mean even that is a requirement?
Probably the second best description of ‘racism’ I’ve ever heard is that the aggrieved party or parties identify themselves as members of the targeted aggrieved group or identity? The best description is being profiled by ones immutable characteristics – how say you? The word racism covers a much much broader spectrum of discrimination?
Jesus was a Jew, what did the Jewish people of his time look like, but at least quit being stupid?
Statues are nothing more or less than historical monuments? The American experiment in self ruler-ship is like a painting in progress & tearing down historical monuments is the equivalent to pouring paint remover on it before it’s even finished? Jesus Christ admonished his disciples correcting them by saying that no one is good but the FATHER – and you expect The United States to be good from its inception – REALLY?

The first false premise premise of American Racism is the American evil of slavery, and there are several false premises that fall from that. A certain percentage of every population will be whiney losers, who couldn't achieve escape from a paper bag, and have no hope of escaping their prejudice.
