Well guys, I did write a pretty damn good sentence there! My point is clear, blacks are being unfairly favoured over whites and Asians.

But let’s hear from you. If you delete “less prepared” how would you describe the black applicants. Using descriptors like “poorly educated”, “inept” or “unsuited” plays right into the hands of progressives who will jump on it and say: “see, it’s proof of systemic racism.”

So yeah, I try to choose my words carefully.

@GeeMac - I do feel bad about the way I criticized your comment in your post: Structureally it IS a very well written sentence:

"...that empirically proves more academically proficient Asians and whites are being rejected in favour of less prepared black students..."

to convey what I was thinking at the time I would have said something like this:

"...that empirically demonstrates that the Asian and White applicants, based upon those test scores are CLEARLY shown to be proficient in STEM work meeting the academic qualifications for College entry.
Those tested and qualified Asian and White applicants are being rejected in favor of Black applicants whose test results clearly demonstrate that they are NOT College Level proficient in STEM work.

It’s suspicious that as this case slowly moves to the High Court, educators are taking further steps to eliminate SAT testing. It looks to me like they are prepared for the conservative court to deliver a blow to affirmative action, and by eliminating the hard data from SATs, they move to a more subjective system that will preserve their social engineering powers.

@GeeMac I could not agree more. They are trying to usher Breyer out ASAP - need him gone before the mid-term elections. Because if we (conservatives) can regain majority in the Senate Bidens nominee might not necessarily be approved.
I believe Breyer himself is resigning well before the 2024 general election because they (the communists aka democrats) know they have a slim chance of winning a 2nd term for POTUS - whoever that may be by then.

of course it would be - but impossible to control for that.
