Remember James Hodgekinson? He’s the democrat who tried to murder all of the republicans at the congressional softball game back in 2017. Steve Scalise was critically wounded but miraculously survived. This was truly an attack on the republic (we are NOT a democracy despite democrat ignorance), this was a much darker day than the unauthorized tour that took place a year ago. Why isn’t this date commemorated?

A single deranged man shooting people is worse than thousands of people smashing windows and breaking through doors to try and overthrow the government and override the election?
So I guess you'd then agree that Cesar Sayoc mailing pipe bombs to several Democrats and Trump critics was a dark day and an attack on our Republic?

@JordanMiller, @Andyman I could be wrong, but I think Jordan is saying the insurrectionists at the Capitol were let in, therefore it wasn't insurrection or trespassing or whatever. That is wrong, though, as there is plenty of footage of the rioters pushing past cops, attacking cops, breaking and climbing through windows, pushing down barricades, etc. Just look at the video where the traitor Babbitt was shot - she was trying to crawl through a broken window as officers with guns drawn were shouting to stop and stay back.
It's also been documented that many of the officers had to stop fighting back and just let the rioters in, as they were outnumbered dramatically, and it was the only way to avoid serious injury or death. If cashiers at a store are instructed to just give any robbers the money without resistance, to avoid being killed, does that mean the robbers haven't committed a crime?
@JacksonNought are you unaware that there is compelling evidence that fbi provocateurs played a direct role in inciting the great unauthorized trespass of January six?
@Andyman you can just watch the video of Trump and Stone and Giuliani to see incitement. Are you unaware of the vast evidence that has come out of Trump and his cabinet planning the coup?
There is compelling evidence that Right Wing provocateurs kickstarted and incited the violence in many of the BLM protests the past few years - but I am sure you ignore that.
