The first question should be how do I know she’s a racist?
a. She deliberately conflates ideology, racism, and sexism to muddy the water so you can’t make a rational decision thereby falling into the either/or, them/us, trap of Marxism.
b. Not one time do I hear the word CHARACTER come out of her mouth – need I remind you of the great MLK dream?
c. This woman et al doesn’t care which group of people hates the other, just as long as they do it – THAT IS QUINTESSENTIAL MARXISM!
This woman et al is teaching/promoting racism to bring about Marxist ideals – not American ideals.
GOOD NEWS: Evil ideologues such as this woman are proving J. Edgar Hoover wrong about his belief that Martin was a Communist.
It’s really hard to believe that evil such as this is not only allowed but promoted anywhere in the United States?
PS: Try to find CHARACTER in her spiel? America was quite literally founded upon your CHARACTER!

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I'm glad I watched this. I was going to dismiss it as the usual "progressive" nonsense you hear from the usual progressive idiots. Of course, her message is that she is a racist and can't escape being a racist. She errs in thinking that the solution to the insolvable problem of racism is to highlight it and to see it in everything society has to offer. Racism, of course, does not exist in everything we see in society but let's put it there anyway, she says.
I give her one mark out of 100, 1/100 = fail. The one point she earns is because it is true that everyone is racist if we retain the true definition. When I say "everyone" I don't just mean white people. She does.
So, no doubt, she has to redefine racism as having something to do with dominance. I wonder if she would ever look at racism from Blacks. No, that would be unacknowledged because Blacks have no power in a white society. So now we have to include in the definition of racism the concept of power. The whites have power so now they are the only ones that can be racist. Her problem is that only whites have to acknowledge their racism.
If she appeals her grade I might give her another point on the fact that prejudice is what she calls "inward" and "discrimination" is outward. If we have prejudice we are going to express it in discrimination. Wowee! What an epiphany!
By the way what does "instituional" mean. I saw it a few times in her presentation. I am not being critical of her spelling but think perhaps she has some odd concepts regarding what it is that need some reconciling with her theory.
