Ah, but only ONLY if the solution requires others' efforts. Don't forget, these sorts are losers who were never taught how to accept responsibility and DEAL WITH THINGS.
Interesting JPeterson talk, I forget what setting. He was going on about incorrigibles; folks who just refuse to do anything right or what others ask of them. He noted that the psych work had shown that parents need to teach their kids how to be liked by other adults before the critical age of four years. After that, they are incorrigible.
If same kid gets arrested in teens civil authorities know that nothing can be done to rehabilitate them until they get to the age of ~24. Mebbe testosterone levels off then. Anyhoo, civil authorities simply toss them in jail until they are >24.
Perhaps that is a fundamental issue with younguns rioting in the street. Actual poor parenting. They weren't trained out, civilized, out of the savage stage by the fourth year. So, they are lost for 20+ years.
It's because they are identity politics Marxists who want to reverse engineer society. That should be abundantly clear by now.
