Melbourne police arrested over 100 protesters in a rally while the local lockdown and Covid-19 restrictions continue.
There are more SS members than actual citizens that pay their salaries. I don't even count all the bureaucratic corruption. How can this state even survive, financially? Shut everyone and everything down and give the money to army of mercenaries to abuse people and pay all the corrupt bureaucrats. If there was a real measure of economy, it must be like in North Korea. oppression and corruption and intimidation and propaganda instead of productive society.

They intimidate and beat those that will not comply. Their bosses do not require money like most racketeers. Their currency is submission and they will have it. Like the Nazis and communist before them the camps will come. For those who believe this an exaggeration just go back a few months. The screws have slowly been turned from freedom to get vaccinated to mandate with force. All part of the process. The WW11 concentration camps were turned to death camps over time. Ordinary people can do truly evil things but it takes careful step by step increments. Those at the top however know exactly what they are doing. They are evil. They have always been about. They didn't disappear just because they lost in WW11. They may well win this time.

I seen one clip where they were pepper spraying a 70 something year old woman that some had already had held down.

Yes. Saw that one too. Disgusting. When they feel goverment will protect them no matter what they do, they quickly show just how sadistic they are. So much for "protect and serve". Payed thugs for corrupt bureaucrats by the money of people they are extorting. In any other context that is called assault and robbery.
@Krunoslav When I grew up under the various forms of civilian police brutality (1960s & 70s), it was said To Protect & To Serve meant ~ to protect your from yourself and to serve you warrants for your arrest
The civilian police in the military town where I grew up at, the old timers all said those cops were the hooligans of the village when younger and all were miscreants even as sworn officers to uphold the law, sending innocent people to prison under suspicion and outright lies. The State was equally as guilty, as there were innocent people on death row awaiting execution.
It seems the psychological tests for being a officer were/are universal. Surely, there has to be good ones but the potential for bad behaviour must be present in all of them, part of the fraternity mindset, I guess. There can not be that many bad ones slipping through the cracks of the safety tests, you would think.
When the Rodney King riots happened, you did not see any police anywhere for months. There was an actual drop in crime, even the record number of murders across the country dropped. Coincidence? When you did see the police, they traveled 3 in a car and 2 cars together. It was late summer before I ever saw a lone policeman, I figured he did not have a guilty work record with the public.
The police here have created their own imbroglio, but so has all the other government agencies. I would like to say that Blue Lives Matter, but personal experience and observations, the empirical evidence cannot be refuted or ignored. All Lives Matter.
