First, I can’t speak to the mother’s or the father’s merits as parents, so I’ll just comment on they tyranny of the situation as described in this video.

America’s government is made up (basically) of Federal and State powers. The States have autonomy, but work with the federal government in order to gain synergy. Most issues that take place within a State (Not crossing State lines and not breaking federal laws or felonies) are handled at the State level. I won’t go into the elements of government (executive, Judicial and legislative at different levels), but suffice it to say that the judges don’t have the authority to make laws; they only interpret laws and rule on the lawfulness of an action WRT existing laws.

That being said, this judge was guilty of judicial malpractice and should face punitive action if a review board finds his actions to be unlawful (which it clearly should). If the review board refuses to do their job, there is also impeachment as an option. This type of tyrannical behavior on the part of any government official, must be dealt with quickly and severely in order to stem the tide petit tyrants being emboldened and following his example.

If you think, “it’s none of our business”, you may need to consider what you will think when they trample on your rights and nobody is left to stand up for you.

This is So wrong. I personally have had the vaccine and believe it is a good thing for people to do. However, the government and or judges have no business forcing people to take any form of medication. That determination should be the sole decision of the person and/or their doctor.
