It is incorrectly stated on a slider in this video that this took place at the Ontario Board of Health...CORRECTION: it was at Toronto Board of Health.

@adriaan23 Cebu Island (where I'm at) is the Southeast Asian capital for knock-off guns manufacturing. There are tutorials on how to make your own, the easiest being shotguns. Even shotgun shells can be made from scratch. You could subscribe to "Backyard Bowyer" or Joerg Sprave'S "Slingshot Channel." If all else fails, buy a spear gun. Just remember those are only good within 2 to 3 meters.
Or, if you have close machinist friend...
Just make sure you bury all of them and take them out only when absolutely necessary.
