and here we go again, this is the second incident where a leftist judge rules that duly passed legislation is discriminatory. The first in NC was a ballot question passed by the voters then their legislature where ID was required to vote, was inexplicably ruled as discrimination with racial intent (by the voters no less) by an NC judge. This one says holding people who break the law to account is also discriminatory, can you see how these people are unhinged from reality?
