I don't know about "destroy the middle class," but I do find it very curious that - after over a year where the brunt of the economic shutdown was felt and is still being felt by small business owners - that the Biden tax plan to pay for all these wondrous new entitlements is going to be felt most severely by...wait for it...small business owners. All while continuing to hand out stimulus and unemployment bonuses that are forcing small businesses to close because they can't get employees unless they grossly overpay them relative to the value they provide the business.

We may already be inexorably looking at a permanent divide between the elite class and the worker class, with upwards mobility being a thing of the past. Which as someone recently said to me, is how the world has functioned since the beginning of time EXCEPT for this little experiment with democracy the West conducted for a couple hundred years. Only now, it appears our elites have determined that the experiment is over; that it needs to be shut down because - of all things - climate change. That freedoms must be curtailed and wants suppressed in favor of subjectively-determined "needs," in order to save the planet.

You want to know why abortion freedom is such die-on-the-hill-issue for them? You want to know why they want to dissolve the family unit? You want to know why they want kids to sexually transition? Because they want two things: 1) the population to cease growing, if not shrink; and 2) the majority of the population to be in no position to support A child, much less multiple children. Your "betters" have seen a future where menial tasks are automated by machines and computer-driven manufacturing, and they don't need large populations any more. They can't envision a future where people keep living longer, keep having more kids, and figure out how to feed and care for everyone, much less "allow" them to pursue the life of their choosing.

So starting with YOU - yes YOU - you are going to be the generation that has to start accepting the consequences of their proactive changes to "save" the world. If you're young and starting out, you will likely never own a house and your kids, assuming you have any, probably will never own a car. You won't be taught how to think, only what to think, and the virtues of compliance & service contrasted against the selfishness of want. You'll be given what the elites think you need, while they themselves will live in the same manner they always have. And they justify this in the name of saving the planet.

After all, they won't suffer any real consequences; consequences are for the little people, the servant class, or if you prefer, the serf class. Welcome back to history. You know how we've been talking about how the young in Afghanistan have never lived under Sharia, but are now getting a crash course because of the U.S? Well fret not, we're all going to get a crash course in living as serfs for the noble class soon enough.
