Since IverXX is off patent its price is very low -- therefore subject to experimental, off-label use for a variety of issues. Some African countries had found that its anti-viral properties worked on virii -- which don't give a toss about antibiotics.
So, they dose people with obvious virus infections. And, lo and behold, WuhanFlu infection rate is way down compared to neighbors, too.
It not only treats existing infections, but is a preventative.
Of course, this will never come to light in "civilized countries" 'cause that will invalidate the emergency approval of the fake vaxxes.

Absolutely right. Budesonide inhaler along with IVM or HCQ has a lot of value in managing Covid19. The only concern is that, in some rare cases it might be counter-indicated (Budesonide is a corticosteroid and can push some people that are prone to atrial fibrillation to experience severe heart issues). Along with that, many people take NSAIDs and may need to stop them for a while while taking Budesonide. Without knowing their medical history or the other drugs they are taking, we need to be careful about sharing drugs.
That being said, I know my family’s history and discuss drugs they are taking with them, so I wouldn’t hesitate to share these drugs with them. They are safe (in most cases) and extremely valuable drugs that are even available over the counter in many countries.
@Daveclark5 Ivermectin and HCQ are nearly impossible to obtain where I'm at. Budesonide has largely escaped the controversy and remains available OTC.
@eschatologyguy I understand the difficulty. Do you live in the PI?
You might try Quercetin along with 10,000 IU vitamin D3, 40-75 zinc, and 200% RDA of vitamin C. If you aren’t sick or have no signs of covid, you can reduce the D3 and zinc and C to half the above (prophylactic dosage). Get lots of fresh air and sunshine and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables (calamansi is great source of vitamin C).
@Daveclark5 yes I live here. I've had Covid last January. It's not the big deal the scare mongers tell us it is.
