This is the most well written article I've read in at least ten years. It uses the author it's profiling almost as a plot devise in the story left wing science denial regarding behavioral genetics.

And it's really long.

I have come to deeply appreciate that the radical Left does not have consistency of thought, but rather, shapes their ideals to whatever the moment requires.

Voter ID is Jim Crow; but forcing people to get vaccine IDs is just "science," even though the group who will be impacted the most by vaccine ID restrictions are African-Americans, by a wide margin.
Similarly, "my body my choice," is beyond contestation for pregnant women, but not for people who have legitimate medical reasons for not getting the jab.
In the same vein, "believe all women" is another uncontested mantra, unless of course the woman is conservative or the man is a powerful Leftist who hasn't outlived his usefulness (paging Mr. Cuomo).
And of course, we should "follow the science," except when the science disagrees with the progressive narrative; then it gets censored on social media. (Pick one: mask use; Ivermectin; biological sex; vaccine efficacy; the necessity of jabs for children w/o comorbidities; etc.)
Or when progressives simply don't feel like following it, such as Gavin Newsome's dinner parties; Lightfoot and Pelosi's hairdresser appointments; Obama's birthday party; protesting for BLM vs protesting for literally any other reason; De Blasio allowing traveling performers an exemption to the vaccine mandate but not people with medical or religious exemptions; etc.

In short, what they believe is whatever is convenient in the moment and it's why I cannot remotely take them seriously. In this instance, they denounce any science that suggests that our behavior is in any way tied to our genetics, even though for years, we were told that LGBTQ people are "born this way."
