In trying to plumb the depth of evil intention behind the actions of the Governor of Oregon, I came one conclusion then an even more sinister one – am I at the bottom of the rabbit hole yet?
Just at a glance this educational idea is obviously nefarious – just on its surface. But the more I thought about what the goal is is got worse & worse.
The first layer looks like basic racism against white children – they being the only ones obliged to prove educational acumen in 
eading, witing & aithmatic – the three R’s.
Then I notice that all other subject aren’t exempted regardless of skin color – why can this be? Call it pessimistic if you like, but wouldn’t a particularly malevolent mind consider that CRT – 1619 history would fit nicely right there – for all to become proficient in?
Delving even deeper, wouldn’t the ultimate result of such an education be a learned white middle management class (with white skin) left to guide a somewhat human herd in whatever direction doing the bidding of a god class handing down their orders form Mount Olympus?
THAT’S BASICALLY MAOIST COMMUNISM IF I’M NOT MISTAKEN? Mao did precisely as above dividing the Chinese people into a Class-est Communist Hierarchy - and North Korea is comprised the very same way.
It’s sly subtle communist bigotry with BLM & SJW the useful idiot black & brown shirts!
Just postulating, WHAT DO YOU THINK HER MOTIVATION COULD BE?

Instead of helping blacks building self esteem with working for better grades No no no nooo! They tell them will remove all obstacles. Math too hard. No problem. Can’t write a full sentence spelled correctly? No problem! We’ll fix them. Because of you we’re going to dumb down all test. Sure you will pass. You get extra credit for CRT experience.
