I posted a video earlier about why the vaccines will not lead to herd immunity. Basically they can only prevent serious illness but not stop mutations or spread. Once again the bureaucratic state has proven to be incompetent. The initial vaccines had to be followed by traditional vaccines to get to herd immunity. Unfortunately science has become politicized making conformity to centralized control more important than actual solutions. In this way it is not unlike the Paris Climate Accords.
There are too many people in government that loathe and fear the "smelly Wal-Mart shopper for our issues to be self correcting. The gravy train of big government has corrupted everything including the scientific community. When that gravy train came under threat from Trump the beneficiaries circled the wagons. That included professionals who did well under globalism and it's corporatists cousin and scientists are a subset of that group. Government insured that careerists not innovators would rise to leadership positions. It is an age old problem played out in Rome as the bureaucratic empire and China as the scholar bureaucracy. It insures that middle intelligence will dominate and the innovative will be excluded.
Trump is a manager but surrounded himself with same kind of conscientious people that made things work but are not open to the kind of insights that only science can provide. To make matters worse it was almost impossible to replace careerists like Fauci. The kind of people needed to address the pandemic are the open disagreeable sorts that don't like bureaucracy or conservatives. The pandemic was the perfect storm to undo a conservative administration.

Absolutely agree that Trump was defeated by the pandemic, not by Biden and the Democrats.
(The Democrats big impact the election outcome was not through policy, but in working behind the scenes in key states to entrench greater anonymous, non-documented voting.)
Fauci, ever-present, was the continual "anti-Trump" during the early pandemic. Always can count on Fauci's "creep state" to save the day.
@GeeMac The one thing that could do high-flying Trump in did in fact happen. It is certainly no surprise that this perfect pandemic storm that happened during election year has created all sorts of conspiracy whispering.

Seems likely it was Chinese incompetence. Half the Chinese tools I buy have to be fixed before use. That the Chinese military did not have designs on the Wuhan lab would be incredibly naive to suggest. The Globalist are fools if they think China will play ball. China has changed little in thousands of years and only a narcissistic ass would think they could change China. Poor, poor stupid Fauci.

Oddly I have never heard Trump say anything against the vaccines, but he believes they were developed on his watch. According to a Dr. Martin, whom Fuellmich interviewed, they were actually patented prior to the plandemic, it is already sad enough Trump occasionally gets credit for them. As none were announced until after Nov 3, 2020, let Biden take the fall.

I'm sure Donald Trump, if we were just an ordinary celebrity private citizen, would have been fiercely anti-lockdown/mask/it's the flu bro. Even he had to play politics for this.
