21.07.19.1500M IS THERE A LITIGATION SHORTFALL TAKING PLACE?

Or should I opine that if at all possible the target of litigation should include the elusive Deep State Bureaucratic Socialist Oligarchy actively colludes with Big Tech/MSM (Main Stream Media) and the Democrat Party? At any time you when you see one trampling on the Constitution of the United States behind the scenes one or all of the others are surreptitiously at work in the background to support them. But how you’d go about litigating against that kind of veiled extensive power structure is beyond me?

I suppose that I could ask why anyone thinks that a government coup has to be violent or even visible? While every move being made by this Oligarchy in power is to assure themselves of continuing unchallenged control of that power over the people’s power under our founding documents. It’s pure projection of their intent when they say that the people’s voice is the biggest threat to democracy in America.

With the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) having abdicated its responsibility to mediate between the sovereign individual states of this republic as specifically cited in the Constitution that unites them all – what is actually left to them as recourse?

When the old slogan was shouted “The south shall rise again” it was incorrect. They should've been shouting that THE BIGOTS WILL RISE AGAIN! Because that is precisely what is happening now with this Deep State Socialist Biden Regime.

The final, or at least most important, nail in the coffin containing American individual freedom is the UN-Constitutional litigation that seizes the control of elections by individual states transferring that control to the centralized control by the federal government – just as any socialist regime does.

Some say that the American Civil War was fought over slavery; many others say it was fought over individual states rights – regardless of viewpoint that’s far back in the rear view mirror of America.
But one thing is abundantly clear, the federal government is still chipping away at individual sovereign state’s rights none more so than by centralizing election control in the hands of the federal government. As Joseph Stalin said, he didn’t care who votes, he only cared about who counted those votes – democrats & the deep state oligarchy they collude with intend that they control who & how those votes are counted – that’s a simple enough concept to understand isn’t it?

PS. All I’m trying to say, is that I personally question if President Trump’s law suit cuts deep enough to remove the malignancy entirely – that’s all? Please feel free to edit this rambling rant as you wish to make it more coherent as you see it.
