Why is it that actors, musicians & athletes fail to understand that they’re ENTERTAINERS first and foremost? A carpenter, a brick layer etc. are able to understand the difference between their vocation and their avocation what ever that might be, perhaps activism – not so ENTERTAINERS?
Elitists, or so they consider themselves, pay no price for their ludicrous ideas including those concerning social engineering – AND THEY SHOULD! If for no other reason because of their presumptuousness in fervently believing they alone know what’s best for you and your life – THEY ARE CONTROLLING!
Every day some poor man is being dragged over the coals in so called family courts under accusations of simply being controlling as if stewardship of his family isn’t inherently a husbands faithful duty. Do you not see the duplicitous discrepancy between these two situations? The same incongruity applies to both elitism & husbanding situations – does it not?
Another issue presents itself by Uncle Joe Biden’s regime offering its listings of social media misrepresentations. Or has society forgotten and/or dismissed the recent METOO movement? Wasn’t that whole debacle based on the idea that consent was impossible in the presence of disparity of power? How is it that the left wants, even expects, to have it both ways? Does it not go without question that there’s a disparity of power between social media(s) and the President of the United States? Or is that not CONTROLLING?
Returning to the initial purpose of this post: Taking a knee (as its called) is overt ACTIVISM that the paying audience did not pay to see from an ENTERTAINER. Footballers are ENTERTAINERS as a vocation – people don’t pay to see their activism AVOCATION. They like social engineering Elitists owe a debt to society for allowing their political activism to deter from the public’s payed for LIFE & ENTERTAINMENT.
