The former president was sent to prison a few days ago for corruption charges. The former president whose name is Zuma is a Zulu. The Zulus are angry that a Zulu leader has been sent to prison and they want him released. So the Zulus are rioting and looting businesses and causing mayhem to bring the country to a standstill for Zuma to be released from prison. The rioting and looting has been very violent and people have died as well as houses in suburbs been attacked and set alight etc. There are people who are now guarding entrances to suburbs to protects people's homes. I believe this is what these guys are doing.
They are both English and Afrikaners in this video I believe.
@JennaGardner Zuma's corruption charges to some extent just show that power does corrupt but, unlike our politicians he had not learned the secrets of effective Western corruption.
@JennaGardner Zuma? Thought so. By the way, shotguns are no good at that distance - rifles are. Maybe they just wanted to scare them away.
