If you read the entire context of the comment, she is not disturbed by the flags or find the flags to be racist, but instead, the fact that the flags are flown on vehicles that also have anti-Biden sentiments on it. In other words, this woman believes that if you are anti-woke or "white supremacist," you cannot possibly be patriotic or love America, because American is all about every color and every sexual identity and blah blah blah. So she's saying she's troubled by what she perceives as hateful people claiming to love America.
What she fails to grasp is that America is about peaceful dissent too, something the progressive Left doesn't seem to recognize. If you agree with them, you can be as violent as you wish and it will still be called peaceful; but if you disagree with them, the very act of dissent is violence. It's also ironic that she represents the side that decries American culture as "white culture" and wants to acid wash our nation's history.
So you see? Her statements are moronic enough that it's not necessary to categorize them as her thinking flags are racist.

You may be correct. On the other hand, she may just be obfuscating the fact that she thinks the American flag is racist because she is a postmodern, neo-Marxist, propagandizing shill. Only, the woman in question knows for certain.
