21.05.09.1147Su IT’S NOT ABOUT OVERTHROWING THE Nov 3rd, 2020 ELECTION _ IT’S ABOUT FINDING OUT HOW IT WAS RIGGED – THAT’S ALL?
The American people have no doubt that particular election was rigged – they just need to know precisely how in order to prevent it from happening in the future. Contesting the Nov 3rd, 2020 election fell apart when The Supreme Court of the United States decline hearing the litigation between states which they are specifically charged with hearing. Not being a Law Professor as such, my opinion is that Thee Supreme Court doesn’t actually have the luxury of just declining to hear specifically assigned to them by The Constitution as they do with any other action not specified as their duty to hear? And fear has no place in The Supreme Court – fear of Court Packing as the democrats are threatening.
To put it bluntly, without SCOTUS there is no recourse for strategic election fraud – none.
There is one other thing that confuses me. Why is Collective Guilt applicable with the actions of just one person & a nation wide election is Collectively taunted by just one fraudulent act. Seems to me that if America is going to play the Collect game it should apply both ways – or am I wrong about that?
