LINK MI State Rep Targets Veterans With Proposal To Strip Them Of Earned Benefits If The Current Marxists In Power Labels Them “Domestic Terrorists”
The Michigan state representative Anthony (marxist formerly referred to as dem) isn’t targeting violent Black Lives Matter or Antifa activists who break into federal buildings and light them on fire. She’s not targeting the criminal BLM/Antifa activists who burned and looted several businesses in the city she represents on May 31, 2020, at the height of the Wuhan virus pandemic.
Instead she is fighting to make sure Michigan’s US Vets who’ve served our nation don’t even think about taking part in a protest that might turn violent or consider joining a militia or group that might be perceived as anti-government. According to her there is plenty of reason to believe veterans are being targeted to participate in organizations the marxist left has defined as “domestic terrorists.” If Rep. Anthony has her way, veterans will not only be charged and prosecuted like everyday civilians, but as an added bonus, they’ll also be stripped of state-administered benefits they earned when they honorably served our nation.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I'm curious how the Jan 6 riots - and let's be candid, there was indeed a riot that happened there, even if that only included a fraction of those who were in attendance - are now being categorized as "violent insurrection," particularly because A) the only real violence that occurred there was a rioter being shot by Capitol police, and B) no actual insurrection took place.(1)
Let's be very clear about what's happening here: BLM & Antifa protests attack store owners, police, deface monuments & public buildings, destroy property, and harass people trying to live their lives. The one Right-leaning protest that made the national news went after the politicians themselves. Or at least sufficiently put them close enough to a mob that they started sh-tting themselves.
So what they are telling us is that ordinary people, low-level public servants...those lives don't matter. At least not enough to do something about it. But their own lives? Oh my, yes; those do matter. And it's not terribly relevant that the mob wasn't armed - and may not have been seeking to do anything more that delay the count - you don't make your oligarchs sweat. Period. How dare you.
That's the message they're sending to us. Only their lives, their safety, their well-being matters to them.
(1) Unless we're now considering taking selfies and acting like an asshat to be on par with overthrowing a government. But were that the case, pretty much every BLM/Antifa protest would have to be labeled that, even the peaceful ones.
