Sentencing will be interesting as the judge has to interpret law, and has already stated that the actions by Ms Walters (unsure of correct titles) means that the defense has an opening for mistrial. He has also the option of making the sentences concurrent if they are the same event - which he may choose to take in this case. But watch the police staff exit rates ... No protection for officers to use any force from now on. Very Disturbing if you are/were a cop.

How many of the jurors were intimidated & feared for their lives by the raging mob & the incitement to violence by Maxine Waters?
I assume a mistrial is guaranteed due to Waters and Biden comments but maybe an appeal is better.
If I was on the jury I may have just refused to vote based on the belief the government would not protect me and tried to convince the other jurors to do the same. It was idiotic to not move this trial to someplace where the jury could at least have some protection from the mob.
Will we ever know, whether the officer was fairly tried ?
Was the verdict influenced by biased media or the fear of violence ?
Will police be willing to endanger their lives protecting you ?
We are a nation of laws. If the law isn’t administered fairly; what are we ?
If the very poor, or very rich get “ special consideration “, can our republic survive ?
How do think your grandchildren will like Communism ?

I don't understand the verdicts. The three charges are definitionally mutually exclusive, and guilty of all three is incoherent.
Seems like it ought to be a mistrial.

Chauvin, 45, who was charged with murder and manslaughter after kneeling on Mr Floyd’s neck for more than nine minutes last May, was convicted of second degree murder, third degree murder and second degree manslaughter.
I tend to agree with your comment re the verdicts... since manslaughter and murder are different things, but I'm not familiar with the variations yet... got some reading to do.
