It certainly seems like the protests, riots , acts of violence & activists raising all hell. Have forced the Powers that be, to throw anyone & everyone involved in the unfortunate incident, under the bus.
The moral of course. DONT RESIST ARREST.. Simple.. He'd still be alive.

They can charge her with any crime they see fit. If they charge her with first degree murder she would probably be acquitted. She might not get away with 2nd degree manslaughter. That sort of describes the situation. The sentence should be light, if there is one, as the victim escalated the tension and was wanted on other charges relating to illegal possession of a firearm. These guys in Minneapolis are just wanting to go out and loot. This just gives them an excuse.
