I actually agree with you on this. I did this with my first child but never afterwards.

Also, I didn't push the Santa thing because I thought it wasn't right to teach my kids that it was wrong to lie and then turn around and tell them that he was real. Santa always gave the crap presents too - socks underwear etc. I figured I paid for everything so why should he get the credit lol. I don't criticize people that do the opposite though because I think for the most part parents are just doing what they think is right (of course not all parents). Heck we could almost do a poll on this lol
Unfortunately I feel that for them it will be normal.

Lets make sure isn't normal for as many children as possible. I'm appealed by how much many western countries have abandoned children and gave all the protection and attention to the most extreme, radical people.

Yeah. Although considering how they imagined 1984 in 2030, and how things are going, I will be very impressed if they pull it off. More likely the whole damn thing will collapse under its own weight before they get to it. Sadly, probably with lot of collateral damage. But much like Great Leap Forward, Great Reset will backfire. It is economically so self destructive that to achieve such total control they have to kill the economy or make it so problematic that they lack resources for what they want to do.
I missed the bit about drag queens in 1984!
