As Trump has indicated, violence is not what the right needs to be doing. Even if one were to think it justifiable (for the record, I don't), the right can't get away with it like the left can in today's political climate, in which right wingers who get violent only hurt their own cause.
As egregious as the left's actions are, self-defense by violence is a last resort that is not justifiable at this point.
