@Beachslim when it is that consistent, you might call that brain deterioration, no? What about the constant slurring in his speech - not mispronouncing, but basically trailing off and mumbling at the end because you can't make it through a word. You know for the "most patriotic president ever" you'd think he would know the National Anthem - but in video after video we see him say the wrong words, or just not sing at all. He also can't sit still, he gets bored during a funeral or a speech or a medal ceremony, and needs to sway back and forth and be the center of attention. When he thinks windmills cause cancer, and you should stare directly at the sun during an eclipse, and you should drink bleach, and he goes off on tangents about toilets when trying to talk about national security... I'd say that has the underpinnings of dementia. What are your examples for Biden.
Oh, and don't forget about his mini strokes... inability to walk down a ramp... pathological lying... malignant narcissism...
