I think the point is that Ms Melania here is posing as a highly paid international model, before she became First Lady. She is presented as a symbol of beauty and perfection.
Also you appear to have no concept of European values, where nudity is not something crass or to be ashamed about.
However ultra religious nuts like you (or do you believe woman cannot choose what to do with their bodies?) would think that is wrong or something to be ashamed off.
This is not at all the case here with the original post.

I don't care if Melania every took nude photos, for famous magazines or otherwise. I don't care if Melania used to be an escort. The point is showing the reverse narrative the OP is trying to convey, asking what exactly their point is supposed to be. Is it implying the Trump daughters are supposed to be somehow better people because of a carefully curated side by side photo?
The photographer shows a modicum of class by obscuring Melania’s lady parts and Michelle’s penis.
@WorldSigh actually that was my crop, since the original photo had text on it. In the actual photo, Melania is fully nude.
Also, the whole "Michelle is a man" joke is old. It shows the trope of "Conservatives have one joke".

But if you insist upon it, then let's go down the road of Trump's piss tape, Melania being a hooker, fake Melania body-doubles, Trump having sex with his daughter, etc.
The amount of self-loathing you must have to behave in such a way.
I am not a psychiatrist, however significant things must have gone wrong with you as a child/young adult to purposefully make yourself as unattractive as possible and then expose yourself like that.
The great shame today is that such behaviours are now normalised and people never get the medical help they need.
Make no mistake, I am all for freedom to choose your own sex partner etc, however I know many lesbians and they are happy normal people.
This is nothing to do with that, it is about the apparent self hate this poor individual is projecting.

I volunteered at a cycle collective which was riddled with this type.

Several of the disease ridden skanks tried to bed me, EWWWWW!
