For example, it is perfectly legal to take implied nude or sexually suggestive photos - you can see these in magazine ads and billboards all the time. However, Instagram has policies which remove any posts they deem as even remotely racy. In New York, and several other states, it is actually perfectly legal for women to walk around topless anywhere a man can be topless - but Instagram and Facebook will remove any posts and possibly ban anybody posting topless pictures. Should we make as big of a stink about this, or do we accept that it is the right of the platform to determine what they will allow?

People need to once again understand that Freedom Of Speech only applies to the government taking action against you - it doesn't mean you are free from personal consequence (such as being fired from your job because you created a PR disaster with your speech) and it does not guarantee you an audience.

I've said it before, but I comment on Townhall sometimes, and I have had my comments removed because of the Liberal views I espouse. Should I sue Townhall for moderating their comments with a bias?

The exclusive application to government (exclusively congress, to be precise) is according to USA's constitutional amendment - Poland is not bound by it.

And nobody is asking for an audience. We just want people who want to give audience to be able to!

The simple fact is that once you get to a point where a large section of the population is excluded from mainstream political discourse because your virtual Ministry of Truth said so, you make hot civil war virtually inevitable. I fear USA may be fast approaching that point. Then again, it seems to me that this is precisely the goal of leftist groups like Antifa and the Black Lives Matter Global Network.
