Racism is a generalization and generalizations are almost never truths. One's education and experience form's his concept of life. We have, in western society, for at least the past half century tried to eliminate racism in our education. Lately, it is being reinserted and racism is now in our genes. We are inherently racist. True or not this is what is being introduced in our schools. What of experience? That is the other way we develop our world view and because we are human our experience modifies our education and perception. A good experience with a different race is a conflict if our education tells us we should be racist. A bad experience with a different race serves to confirm our education and that race is all bad. Race is a collective term. If you want to follow the example of MLK where a person is judged by his character and not the color of his skin you have to think in terms of the individual and not the collective. Thinking in the collective is thinking in generalizations and generalizations are almost never truths.

When your lefty teachr only rails against the Nazi genocide and South African apartheid but ignores the Cambodian genocide and the Rwanda genocides perpetrated by non-whites, it is because she doesn't believe that minorities are capable of civilized behavior. So yes, your teacher is a racist.

"Bad" is a value of judgement, so depends on who you ask, but it's definitely racist. Just like how antifa is fascistic.
