The one at the gym I am thinking of was in the high 200's. It took 2 years to loose the bulk and three more to go to full on fitness model, flat stomach ultra tight body. I hate the fat acceptance crap. It is no fun being that fat, there is an array of problems, it sucks big time and it totally messes up your life.
