Just a recent thought:
Critical Race Theory will be remembered by future generations as we dismiss phrenology in this day and age. Remember that phrenology was mostly considered a scientific fact in its hey day and directly lead to the Nazi party's racial policy. Even the genocide in Rwanda was indirectly influenced by this pseudoscience. Hopefully Critical Race Theory won't lead to such extremes.

Another entry in the history of bad ideas. If you're old enough to recall the sixties, there were talking heads everywhere proclaiming that hippie alternative life style was the way of the future. Looking back that era gets referred to as the silly sixties.

A theory is simply that, hypothesis are formulated to be proven or disproven with evidence that needs to be critically evaluated. Phrenology is a psuedoscience, unfalsifiable and equivalent to your common or garden conspiracy theorist conceptualization of fact, or opinion masquerading as reality. A syndrome common to the anti-semitic racist neo nazis dragging their knuckles through the IDW.

I believe CRT was created for the express purpose of excusing Black people (especially Black americans) for their reprehensible behaviors. Crime - whiteys fault. Chronic unemployment - whiteys fault. No fathers in households - whiteys fault. Utter rejection of education - whiteys fault. With CRT Blacks just cannot possibly be responsible for their own failings.
