In the final hour of their complete destruction of their own economy, and their citizens pathetic condition this has caused, will force the Federal government to bail them out. This has worked in the past for New York City. I call it "the pretty girl reverse plea".

how are your county jails and state prisons funded? public schools?
@DesireNoDesires jails=sales tax. Schools=property tax.
@DesireNoDesires we have a pretty lively economy
@CuriousFury exactly...the states who forced strict shutdowns, resulted in a lack funds to house inmates...so they released many and blamed corona
then as soon as they saw the chance...began to call for defending the police, blamed it on police brutality
then...the school year started, and of course the well being of children was their first priority.
bet they forgot who paid their salaries....but atleast they have some federal funds to work with, just gotta make til Nov.
Wait..did he just say he's cutting federal funding to poorly ran States?!
