The Trump impeachment hearings were initiated based on a falsified Russia collusion theory. Today an Ex-FBI lawyer is stated to plead guilty to altering evidence in the Russia probe, and we saw earlier that the Steele dossier was faked also. Based on all this falsified evidence, should the impeachment of Trump be reversed? Should those who started it be charged with entrapment? Or should it stand, as is? Please state why you believe one way or the other.

It is reasonable to investigate incoming administrations. Those investigations shouldn't turn into partisan witch hunts. Likewise Congress should have investigated Trump's request that the previous administration's behavior be investigated by the Ukrainians. The question is after it was clear that Trump's request was reasonable why didn't the congressional investigation switch to the Obama administration. The bias is clear and goes beyond the reasonable self interest a party can be expected to engage in. The problem is that it isn't clear what an impeachable offense looks like.
The real problem as I see it is that there seems to be no process to "impeach" congress. Immunity for lying such as what Adam Schiff seems to enjoy needs addressing. Congress persons should be held to the same criminal liability for lying to Congress as anyone else.
Letting the impeachment stand will serve as a warning to future congressional committees if the Democrats are swept from office. The Republicans learned that lesson with the Clinton impeachment. It may be better to just move on instead of risking a constitutional convention to define what is impeachable.

Is that the FBI lawyer that doctored emails so FISA wouldn't find out he at one time worked for the CIA so they could get their warrent to spy on him? Entrapment is interesting but charges could go much further. They all lied in an effort to over throw a duly elected President of The United States of America. Correct me if i"m wrong but isn't that treason?

It switched over to Ukrainian collusion AFTER it was too difficult to actually prove the Russian Hoax. Dems trying to nail jello to the wall.

The scapegoat will satisfy the uninformed. It won't satisfy the informed. And it will be ignored by the culprits (real and their supporters).
