More than likely....And that was kinda my point.. 
In the 60's it was called "Wilding" in the streets, until it ended in murder, with a trial, and everyone shocked and angry! It was about the last time Phycologists were asked to opine on the news, as no one could name the problem, and so the experts became useless. Can't name the disease, cannot offer a cure. The inner city race riots had begun!
