I have to admit this interview gave me a look at some of Sammy The Bull's personality I had never seen before. Still does not change my mind about how he turned, and became a state witness. At the beginning he gives this little spiel about how Gotti and the lawyer came up with this plan for Sammy to take the full wrap for the various crimes the top guys, including Gotti, had been arrested for. Then he says Gotti came to him explaining the situation telling him to go along with the plan and confess everything. I have no doubt that story is something he came up with to ease his own mind about what he did. In their life a rat was just above a pedophile, his ego would not allow himself to believe he had sunk that low.

Other than that I do admit his ideas about society as a whole, and more specifically our legal system, and the political system is rather profound, and he makes some excellent points. The failed impeachment effort not only exposed actualy crimes committed by democrats like Biden holding back federal money from the Ukraine gas company to get his son the million dollar job, but many other crimes as well. So, as Sammy the Bull asks, why wasn't the RICO laws brought into play so that all the players would get the same sentence in these crimes, because there was some conspiratorial aspects to many of them, and those involved, regardless of their personal contribution to said crimes, would all get the same sentence? Why wasn't Comey, or Biden and his son sitting in the cell next to his?

THough if you have any interest in the history of organized crime, or the Mafia specifically I would suggest watching the whole video. THere are some interesting stories that give you an insight to how the old Mafia run by the likes of Frank Costello, and Carlo Gambino worked to how bad things became as the New York families became more Amercianized, and the old Italian, and Sicilian standards were dropped.

P. S. Another case where they should be applying RICO laws, but never have, and keep in mind they even used RICO laws against anti abortion protestors to shut them down, is in cases of police corruption. There would be plenty of people go down if the government applied RICO to cases with equitable measure. The cop that killed this guy Floyd, he would go down if convicted of wrond doing, as well as the other officers on the scene, and anyone back at the station that helped bury this case. WHen cops murder civilians, or get caught planting evidence, there would, in the vast majority of cases, be other in the system that had a hand in white washing the affair. This would go a long way in cleaning up police corruption. Imagine RICO being used in the cases Frank Serpico brought to light and got convictions on. They would not only have got corrupt police, but a lot of corrupt polticians in the D. A.'s office as well.
