Will this uprising succeed?
We now have legions of young people who have decided that they know a better way to structure America based on socialistic and Marxist principles thanks to years of indoctrination by leftist educators. When you listen to them among themselves you realize that they feel that all they have to do to convince some people is to re-educate them and for others violence will do the trick. What has always been a hallmark of American culture is our fierce independence against being told what to think or do. Change takes time in our culture and force generally drives people in two ways. The week cower and submit because they have no principles that they consider worth holding on to. These people will do almost anything authority or force asks out of fear. Then there are those who will resist. If enough force or horror is brought down on them they will appear to agree but they will always be looking for an opportunity to overthrow their oppressors. You can not bring about change in this country by terrorizing people or by forcing them to accept things they are morally or culturally opposed to. We will either end up in a civil war or America as we know it will perish. God help us if it is the latter.

Ask people from Lebanon; or more recently, Yugoslavia or- right now -Syria. I think Viet Nam was a civil war we exacerbated and then got tangled up in.
For many of us America is already on life support because what we have always thought were the guiding principles of the country (limited government, individual liberty-- personal and economic-- and personal responsibility) are now taught in our universities to be elitist, racist and hateful. These young fools ask us to give up these principles without, as @Anglerhunter has pointed out, being able to provide one example of a system that actually works and prospers without them.

In the absence of a single working example to guide the changes they wish to "happen", they would be required to provide a detailed direction for transferring, which, so far we have yet to see or hear of.
Hence they will be crying in their beer when this is all over, which I predict will be not long after Trump gets re-elected.

It has taken decades for OUR public education system to convert three generation into believing that Communism is a better system than a Republic!!!
Of course THEY call it Socialism or some other less offensive name that COMMUNISM, making it easier to swallow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
