20.06.30.0545 WHY THE CONSTRAINTS MENTALLY IMPOSED UPON #MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way)? It seem that male aversion to servitude with little or no comparable recompense is seen as adversity to women being inaccurately thought of as society? I’ll have to check with Merriam to see if by some mystery ‘women’ became synonymous with ‘society’?
I am in no way attacking the Catholic (Universal) Church as I may here step on a few toes – hence this disclaimer. The constraints mentally placed upon #MGTOW are far out of place & rather like the implication of celibacy that’s pressed upon Priests of one faith or another – and yes I had Catholic Priests in mind.
The other constraint (mentally of course) pressed upon #MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way) is that of being a deviant of some sort. And I suppose there should be no wonder given the massive campaign Feminism has undertaken to portray all things masculine as toxic. But I’ve still not gotten to the point of this post.
Now I may suffer a severe stoning for this viewpoint but everyone’s entitled to theirs & here’s mine.
#MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way) is precisely as it states. And the only thing that I can see that is mandatory/binding for #MGTOW was summed up by: “To thine own self be true.” ~ Shakespeare’s play Hamlet act 1 scene 3.
Crassly speaking, women (in general of course) need to feel needed or in the words of a song that just went through my head: “….want to be wanted.” (Connie Frances I think or was it Brenda Lee?) But I segue.
Any Man without need of external validation for his existence from any other person or society free of compunction should be considered a Man Going His Own Way ~ #MGTOW. There have & are so many Men that are in point of fact #MGTOW they just may not have realize they are.
PS. Peter's extended family that lived with him included his wife & mother-in-law. I kinda think that Peter was going his own way?
