Right at the beginning this cop commits an assault against a citizen, and lies, making up fake laws to justify his actions. The Supreme Court has upheld the idea that citizens have every right to make videos of their interactions with law enforcement, and a lot of cops across the country have cost their departments, and cities hundreds of thousands of dollars in law suits they lost defending their corrupt officers.

These cops stole his personal property violated his Constitutionally protected rights, then conspired to illegally jail him, kidnap him, and for what? Because he was exposing their corruption and Gestapo like tactics. Listen to that cop at the 1:57 mark. "It is illegal to take my picture. Personally it is illegal". And this is one of the defining problems with law enforcement in this country, they believe they are the law, that their personal whims are law. They do not recognize limits on their authority. They are, so very often, the epitome of a jack booted thug. And in this video there are numerous cops in that area watching all this take place. Every single one of those cops is corrupt.

Then they are recorded, by the device they stole from the citizen, saying, "Call that Hartford lieutenant, I want to see if he has any grudges." So there we have another corrupt cop apparently who uses his authority to muscle people he has personal grudges against. As the video progresses we hear these corrupt cops creating their cover lies to swear to in court in order to wrongfully issue tickets and steal more from these citizens who have done nothing more than exercise their rights as citizens. It is obvious the ease with which these cops conspired to violate the rights of citizens is something they do often, it took them no time to get their story together for the courts, and their higher ranking officers. They have had lots of practice at this.

Says jack booted thug Barone, "And also, just so I'm saying is, the people get scared when they drive by, and see somebody with a sidearm, and it's not covered, ok?"

This from a jack booted thug who abuses his authority to push his personal whim as law AND wears a gun which the people know he can use with little discrimination, actually murdering innocent people, and with his fellow uniformed thugs, can easily get away with such an act as long as they stick to their false testimony. So jack booted Barone also seems to think he knows the minds of all the people driving past these guys. Personally I have seen a whole lot of folks, not cops even, walk around with sidearms that are not covered. I have never been scared, and about the only thing that goes through my mind is wondering what type of weapon they are carrying, and how easy was it to get the carry permit, the permission from government to exercise their Constitutionally protected. Of the irony of it all. Why is jack booted thug Barone not worried about all the people he scares because he might abuse his authority to fill his ticket quota, and steal their money when they have done nothing wrong? The idiot is telling a citizen he has to think about other people, in essence telling the citizen he can only exercise his rights when it might not scare anyone. However, if there is a chance a person exercising their rights might scare someone HAVE NO FEAR, uniform wearing, jack booted thug Barone will be there to stomp all over their rights.
