FB, YouTube(google) and the Twitter have long needed to be challenged on their seif authorized use of censorship to remove content their leftist socially engineered ideology didn't like. One may disagree with a President's use of the pen (although leftists supported obamanation's EOs with abandon). The authority is given to the President. These tech companies are well aware that they have used evry possible way to thwart FCC section 230 and are relying on their leftist allies to protect their ability to censor and silence voices that challenge their ideologically driven practices. It will be an uphill battle to give section 230 some teeth but nothing ventured nothing gained.These platforms hate the idea that they can actually be censored but the reality is technology shows they can be replaced.
