DID and the Future of LGBTQAII+

Much like the suspiciously large increase in trans cases now that self ID is a thing there is a huge explosion of self diagnosed Dissociative Identity Disorder with personalities that are different genders, species, and ages. People are actually saying that child porn in the hands of someone who has a child alter is not wrong.
This is where it leads when you allow laws that enforce self ID for medical issues rather than working with medical professionals in a therapeutic environment with evidence-based modalities.
I posted the cringe sub because it shows the End Game of adding validity passes to everyone's self-diagnosis of mental disorders. To be more specific, self diagnosis of transgender in order to receive hormones from planned parenthood, self diagnosis of Dissociative Identity Disorder to receive university space or special accommodation--this type of social-based disorder is becoming more prevalent as we ignore diagnostics, repudiate studies based on emotional response to them, and embrace validation for all conceivable self-identifications rather than emphasize diagnosis and treatment therapies from medical professionals.
There has to be a line drawn for medical rigor rather than dole out medication to people that not only thing they are another gender but that they are only another gender sometimes.
