It has been well known in the past that without a means to hold the worst people to account, to remove their power thusly, was a weak, defenseless, and immoral error called nonfeasance, misfeasance, malfeasance, or misprision of treason. This works in both forms of Rules: Roman "Civil" Rule (rules that afford the criminal psychopaths the power of cooperation), and The Law of the Land (common law), as demonstrated in both cases routinely. The common law version occurs when the people are fooled into "electing" psychopaths into offices of defensive government, ending defensive government thereby. The Roman "Civil" Rule version occurs when a rival criminal gang infiltrates and removes the power of their enemy, doing so from within the enemy power structure. It is no coincidence that the current Mob Boss of U.S.A. Inc. (LLC) is tied overtly and covertly (directly and indirectly) to the CCP, and the "policies" enforced by the CCP Mob Boss Puppet are making America weak, defenseless, and ripe for a hostile takeover.
