The commentator is parroting the dogma (Legal Fiction Dogma) when she says that only U.S. Marshals can arrest "Federal" employees. That is The Law turned up-side-down and the commentator is completely unaware (apparently) of her subjugation by deceit. The Law deputizes everyone capable of deterring crime, and this is the basic principle of The Law, and that is because the idea of The Law is to let anyone know that their choice to perpetrate a crime will not be fruitful for them, so they do not make that evil choice: do onto others as you would have others do unto you. The Law is for everyone: no exceptions. The Law is for anyone BEFORE they choose to perpetrate a crime by injuring an innocent victim on purpose, motivated by an obvious, accurately measurable, malice, malevolent, evil intent. If The Law was "only" and "exclusive" powers given (taken) to special interests, elite, exceptions, then it is the up-side-down, counterfeit, fake, Rule by Criminal Means False Front covering the actual Law, rendering the actual Law powerless.
Then the commentator makes the additional mistake of parroting the 1871 Constitution usurpation Con, which is likely done to confuse people, and stop people from looking back to 1789 when the original usurpation of The Law happened in demonstrable fact. The problem here is obvious to me, if these people have these things wrong (caught in the web of Legal Fiction Dogma, and misdirected historically documented usurpation from The law into Legal Fiction Dogma Fraud), then what else do they not know about these current events?
