In American and Canada (competitive areas on Earth) the common law principles are apparently hanging on by a thin thread, in particular the process of "Pre-trial Discovery" is very helpful for defenders who are defending against offenders such as Powerful Criminals (Crimes Against Humanity) who can be named by name in a Lawsuit used to stop The Global Pandemic Fraud.
The idea is to reduce the number of victims injured by the perpetrators.
Justice delayed is justice denied, a common law principle, which reasons out, as the longer the criminals are allowed to run amok in the playground, consuming innocent children, the more will be the number of children consumed, while NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING (effective) in their defense.
What is the real law in place for, as compared to what the fake (counterfeit) law does when it is employed by the actual criminals themselves?
"They" (the actual criminals themselves) WILL counterfeit the law, doing so for Power and Profit, do so because the actual law will be used to stop them.
