Past and Present Competitive Comparison of The Power Struggle between Criminals (in public office) and Victims (NGOs).

From Conceived in Liberty, by Murray Rothbard:

“The quitrent problem came to a head in 1695, Speaker Richard Hartshorne was the leader of the popular opposition to Hamilton and his Council. Conflicts continued in succeeding years over Hamilton’s demands for regular levying of revenue for the government as well as enforcement of the quitrent. Once again, Elizabethtown, joined by Newtown and Shrewsbury, was in the forefront of the opposition.

“The landlords took the quitrent cases to the courts, and after the juries (in the words of the proprietors), “being all planters, gave a general verdict against their proprietors,” the judges arrogantly reversed the juries’ decisions. On appeal of the cases to England, the claims of the proprietors were years later rejected by the Crown. The proprietary claim of quitrents had been finally rejected.

“As soon as the first of these cases had been so decided by the Crown in 1697, sixty-five citizens of Elizabethtown immediately petitions the king for an end to the tyrannical proprietary government that persisted in exacting tribute for lands rightfully theirs.

“At about this time, however, a grave new threat arose to plague the owners of landed property in East Jersey. An English court decided, on a technicality, that the land titles confirmed by former Governor Carteret had only been valid for life rather than in fee simple, for perpetuity. Hamilton now offered to reconfirm the absolute land titles, but only at the price of paying the large backlog of arrears in quitrents.

“The new tax burdens stirred up widespread opposition in East New Jersey. A Newark town meeting denounced the tax and warned that there was no guarantee that the money would be used for announced purposes. Anyway, there was clearly no danger of invasion from new York. The Newark meeting resolved unanimously not to pay the new tax and to resist its collection. Led by young Lewis Morris II, a councillor and merchant (later chief justice of New York and governor of New Jersey), the towns of Newark, Elizabethtown, Perth Amboy, and Freehold joined to protest to the proprietors against the rule of Basse. They also specifically attacked a resolution of the lower house of the Assembly praising the Basse administration.

“Morris, indeed, had challenged Basse’s rule from the beginning, denying the authority of the Basse-appointed court. Fined for contempt, Morris managed to escape from prison. He continued relentlessly to challenge the basis of proprietary rule; such rule, he asserted, was by persons “who really have not the right to govern.” He also denounced the quitrent as an unjust tax “upon us and our heirs forever.”

“Morris was now, in April 1699, charged by the Council with seditious assembly, with intent to subvert the laws, and with “malicious and reproachful words” against Governor Basse. In May a grand jury indicted Morris, along with Surveyor General George Willocks, and Secretary Thomas Gordon, for stirring up opposition in the towns to the taxes levied in March. The next day a large group from Elizabethtown attacked the jail holding Morris et al. And freed the eminent prisoners. Among the leaders of this revolutionary attack were such well-known citizens as Justice Benjamin Price, Isaac Whitehead, and Jonathan Ogden, Jr.”

The complication boils down to a false narrative that worked like word magic to hypnotize and control slaves. The narrative at that time was a process of mind control where the victims fell under the spell known under the general heading of “The Divine Right of Kings.”

It was a false narrative known to be false by many people during the time that “The Divine Right of Kings” managed to move wealth from those who made it to those who stole it with the evil mind control spell known as “The Divine Right of Kings.”

The revolutionary idea was to dispel “The Divine Right of Kings” narrative, and replace it with reasonable ideas such as rule of law, common law, trial by jury, of the people, by the people, for the people, in defense against all enemies of freedom (liberty) foreign or domestic.

So on one side are those crooks who so often perpetrate their crimes behind false flags, false fronts, false narratives, false titles of false nobility, false claims of authority, false and misleading EDICTS, that are always claimed to be orders that must be obeyed without question: or else.

So who is behind the revolutionary use of force used to end subsidized slavery? Are non-government organizations governing the government?

Past:
Those given the power to enslave Americans (tax farming) are given that power by the current King in power. Another King forcibly removes the old King, and the new King gives different people the power to enslave Americans (tax farming), and the standard mode of transferring the wealth from those who produce anything worth stealing is called “quitrent.”

The spell checker I am using does not know how to spell “quitrent.”

Here is a definition found on the WWW:

“Quit rent, quit-rent, or quitrent, is a tax or land tax imposed on occupants of freehold or leased land in lieu of services to a higher landowning authority, usually a government or its assigns.”

Next in quotes is a historical explanation of the rationalization (excuse, as in “he who excuses himself accuses himself,” or justification is just, rationalization is just an excuse), or the moral hoop jumping required to falsify a criminal narrative (to make the criminal, insane, narrative, sound reasonable to the victims):

"In exchange for these acts of civility, the conqueror acquired some measure of sovereignty over the conquered peoples and, by way of compensation for the trouble to which he had been put in conquering them, was also entitled to a substantial share of the infidels' goods.”
That is quoted from:
The Cambridge History of Law in America
Volume 1 Early America (1580-1815)
Edited by Michael Grossberg, Christopher Tomlins

Present:
Citizen rights not to be abridged
Passed by Congress June 13, 1866. Ratified July 9, 1868
“The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.”

So...people work to survive and when the revolutionary idea prevails people decide what to do with their earnings, and people can pool their earnings into Voluntary Mutual Defense Associations, so as to defend against those enemies foreign and domestic who have a very rude habit of rationalizing their crimes against people, such as Empire building, Despotism, Tyranny, Subsidized Slavery, Oligarchy, Aristocracy, Corporatocracy, and plain old Organized Crime without the false flags.

Who exemplifies those who fight to defend, and who exemplifies those who fight to enslave?

If Kings have no right to rule by criminal means, such as fraud, assault, Aggressive War for Profit, etc., then they are not a part of the actual government, they are, by their self confessed criminal acts, felons.

So who can people place in the spotlight as an example of a freedom fighter?

Who can people place in the spotlight as an example of just another Con Artist posing as a freedom fighter?

What is the method by which people can accurately differentiate between the people in the two opposing groups?

Group 1: Defenders of Voluntary Association, also known as freedom, also known as liberty.

Group 2: Offenders who rationalize their offensive attacks that always happen to move power from their targets to their exclusive bank accounts, and their targets are always those who manage to make anything worth stealing, including children.

If a Grand Jury is populated by people hand picked by criminals posing as the government, how do the criminals know who to pick?
