This law is supposed to protect people from being murdered to sell their organs...
If a person dies in an accident, heart attack...his / her organs will be donated for transplants unless stated otherwise.

Noted a pediatric nurse said in 10 years on the job there was never one case of a baby dieing of ISDS that there was not a autopsy done. Laws pass take 5 year before under the FOIA are released to be seen by the public.
